Again, it's cute and funny now, but this tiny little Boxer puppy will not be tiny for long and our cats would not appreciate an adult dog chasing them around. Cats are smart, if we allow this to go on they may even decide to take up residence elsewhere. Allie the Boxer meets her new brother. Adult dogs usually do not attack puppies and Allie rather liked the little guy. She did have to put him in his place a few times, which is normal dog behavior. An adult dog will often growl at a puppy to let it know its behavior is not acceptable. For example, when Bruno wanted to play and Allie did not, she let out a small growl and stomped at the pup to tell him enough was enough. However, if you leave a young puppy in a crate for too long, they cannot physically hold it in and they must go, even on their bedding. Our boy is a rescue from the Balkans where the food is not as good, so its taking him a while to get used to it, but I will continue to use it as I know he is getting everything he needs with food designed specifically for him. I always buy two bags at a time, and Zooplus seems to beat the others on price. I sometimes get lucky and recieve the 12kg bags with 2kg extra free, an offer that comes a few times a year from RC. My master decided to start feeding me this food about 2 months ago. It's great, they're just so tasty!! I don't leave a single scrap in my bowl and I find this food much easier to eat. I don't get embarrassing wind anymore, which is actually a shame as I loved to do that whenever my master gave me a cuddle!! My coat has become very silky and shiny and I don't shed it anymore! I also have a very slender athletic figure. In short since I started eating this food I look just beautiful! I recommend this for all my boxer doggie friends! Now we are stuck with over half a bag of very pricey food. Our 5-month-old boxer puppy loves this food and the canned puppy food from Royal Canin. It is one of the few brands he will eat. He has sensitive skin and stomach. Initially he loved this food. His stools were somewhat better than with the pro plan but not great. His skin irritation stayed about the same. This is so expensive. We will be switching. My 4 month old is a picky eater. We tried a few higher end dog foods before, but none were winners. She runs on the smaller side 23 lbs , so I wanted to find a food that would maximize her potential, not only in size, but health. The Royal Canin arrived today, and I threw her a cup for lunch to see how she would take it.Bowl is spotless! Here we are 30 minutes later, sniffing around for more. The price is definitely worth it, in my opinion. She was ambivalent with the initial food she arrived with, but transitioned easily to the Royal Canine Boxer Puppy food. She took to the new diet and seems to love it. Only thing might be to be able to buy in a smaller bag than the 30lb available, but not the end of the world. As a puppy, it will get eaten!
