This is a huge job that needs to be done about every 2 to 3 hours around the clock while you wait for your girl to produce enough milk. Don't start feeding your puppies until you know it is absolutely necessary. The first milk that the mom produces is called colostrum and is rich in antibodies needed for immune support.
