When I e-mailed in early August after lots of online research with several Canadian breeders, I was delighted when I finally found ASJ White Shepherds, the only breeder of White Shepherds in New England , Tracy encouraged me to come and meet their new litter which was almost ready to go to their forever homes. During all this time and long afterwards Elaine and Tracy were always helpful when we had questions and wrote back immediately. We were invited to come and visit the puppies even before we were able to pick one. On pick out your puppy day, they let us take our time to get to know the personalities of the puppies, to figure out which puppy is best for us. When we picked up Ellie, they answered any questions or concerns we had. Ellie was very well behaved. When we brought our new member home, she was already crate trained. No crying during the night-she was well adjusted. Ellie knew how to sit. We were having a problem with house training. Tracy made a 45 minute trip to aid me in training her. She was house trained in two days. Tracy is a miracle worker. Any problems I'm having with Ellie, Tracy has taken the time to answer them. We have a beautiful, energetic, and most importantly, loving puppy. When the time comes to get another puppy, we know who to call. From the time we started the process to the end was pleasant and exciting. Tracy was available for questions and never got tired of them. He had a great system and followed through with everything. He breeds quality dogs. And he loves them all as well as Elaine. My sons family loved my dog so much he just received his own. He felt so comfortable dealing with Tracy and Elaine. This is the most wonderful breed. They turn heads when you are with them. They are what great breeders should all be. From our first conversation with Tracy, we knew that this was the breeder for us. Everything from the buying process, pricing, and the timeline of being able to take Jax home was laid out clearly from the very beginning. We loved attending pick your puppy weekend, and felt that we developed a strong bond with Jax in the short amount of time that we were there. Elaine even dropped Jax off to our home, which was great!
