The Buyer understands that this puppy cannot be re-sold, re-homed, or given up to a shelter at any time for any reason. The Seller has the sole right to assume responsibility for the puppy if the Buyer is no longer able or willing to be responsible for the puppy. The Buyer is required to sign this contract at the time the non-refundable deposit is placed. Failure to return a signed contract to the Seller before the puppy is released from the Seller to the Buyer will result in cancellation of this contract, which means the Buyer will forfeit any right to compensation from the Seller.
