She may feel a little uncomfortable, nervous, or irritated by all of the hormones she is experiencing, but it is not painful. If you do notice that your Golden is in pain, it is best to consult your vet. Extra attention and cuddles are always a great way to keep your Golden feeling comfortable and at ease during this time.
