Rosie is a staff favorite and and one of the sweetest ladies we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She had a really rough life before arriving in our care, but she hasn't let that change her gentle spirit. Poor Rosie lived outside on a chain, and experienced severe head trauma at some point that caused fluid to build up in her brain, meaning sometimes she spins in circles, especially when she gets excited. Despite all she's been through, Rosie still loves to spend time with people, play with toys, snuggle, and eat treats!
