Each of these health issues is known to occur with greater frequency in the German Shepherd dog breed and could potentially cause vomiting. You will see retching, heaving, and a lot of body discomfort. It is common to see a yellowish foamy liquid which is stomach bile. The pH of vomit is going to be very acidic because of this bile.
