Provided the breeder understands assessment for temperament, in both the labrador and poodle, and whether the individual temperaments of the two parents make each a fit candidate for breeding. Provided the breeder has sought potential buyers prior to the sale and vetted those buyers carefully, so that there is no chance any of the pups end up homeless.
